Quality Assurance and Return Policy

Great care goes into the creation of all AMKNY jewelry. All AMKNY jewelry is hand made and each piece unique. There are no 2 stones that are identical all our rings, bracelets and necklaces are hand made original pieces. From its original design to its final packaging before you receive it years of experience and rigorous quality standards are followed. To guarantee that you have an original AMK Design LLC jewelry we issue a Quality Certificate with each piece. All our jewels are guaranteed against defects with normal usage and care. Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason if you are unsatisfied with an item you may return it within 10 days of receiving it and we will gladly take it back for either a refund, store credit or exchange. Your refund, credit or exchange value is the original purchase price less shipping and handling, gift wrapping, and the return shipping fee.

To return and item you must first receive a return authorization code from us. The item must be returned in new and unused condition to ensure full credit. The original invoice, quality certificate and the reason for the return must be included with the returned package.

All discounted, personalized, special order or sale items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged any time.

To return a jewelry item to AMKNY, you must:

1. Acquire authorization code. Call customer service 1.888.381.8333 or email returns@amkny.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the package you are returning along with the following annotations placed below the authorization code.
   
2. Please choose a reason for the return
   1. Item damaged (not during shipping)
   2. Item damaged during shipping
   3. Manufacturing defect
   4. Wrong stone
   5. Wrong gold color
   6. Wrong item shipped
   7. Other please comment: ___________________
      
3. Pease indicate in the appropriate box whether you are:
   1. Exchanging the item
   2. Requesting a store credit
   3. Requesting a refund
      
4. Please return your items in the original packaging along with any other materials, including the authenticity certificate and the original invoice included with your purchase or gift. If a gift and no invoice was included, please include the packing slip sent with the return item sticker. For security reasons, do not write AMKNY anywhere on the outside of the package.
   
5. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insure it for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. (FedEx® and UPS® do not insure merchandise over $500.)

Please follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. Your jewelry must be in its original condition to receive and exchange or refund.
